The cylindrical body and the bottom part are carefully welded with a specialized machine to prevent any gaps or holes. If there are parts to be welded and attached to the stainless container, such as fittings<\/a>, they are manually welded at this stage. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Not only men, but women also play an active role in the welding process.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n While welding work might be strongly associated with being a male job, the number of companies where women are performing welding has been increasing recently, as indicated by the term “welding girls”. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\n\tFor custom-made items<\/a>, the shape of the bottom differs for each item, so it is often hand-welded.
\n\tAfter welding, our original processing is applied to finish the product.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tDepending on the specifications of custom-made items, it is not uncommon to have 10 parts attached to a single container. Each part is hand-welded while checking the drawings to make sure the type of part, the position to attach it, and the order in which it is attached are correct.<\/p>\n\n
