Process of receiving purchased materials

We check to ensure that the materials ordered are correct and free from any damages. This process involves inspecting
not only the stainless steel flat sheets that serve as the basis for our products but also all the components that
will be attached to the products. As various sizes and types of materials are received, we assign a unique
management number to each product for proper inventory management.

High-quality stainless steel containers made in Saitama and
Ibaraki
When it comes to Japanese-made stainless steel products, those produced in
Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture are well-known. It is sometimes speculated that despite claiming to be a
self-manufacturer, Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo mostly relies on factories in Niigata. However, Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo
actually operates two factories: one in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, and another in Yashio, Saitama Prefecture.
We manufacture stainless steel containers at these two facilities and deliver them nationwide. (with the exception of some products)

The Tsukuba factory is a production base mainly focused on inventory items such as simple cylindrical containers
without components or fittings. On the other hand, the Yashio factory, which started its operations in 1965, is
now a production base for custom-made products. For over half a century, skilled craftsmen have been
meticulously handcrafting products with complex shapes. Learn more about our company
