Process of Welding Rolled Plates to Create the Cylindrical Body of the Container
In this process, we weld the ends of the rolled plates together to form a cylindrical body of the container, as a continuation of the previous process. When conducting the welding, we follow manuals that specify parameters such as current strength and speed. We make adjustments during the fabrication process to account for subtle differences in material, plate thickness, ambient temperature, and other factors that can affect the final outcome. For products with larger quantities, we ensure consistency by welding under controlled conditions to achieve the same finished result. After welding, we apply our proprietary finishing treatment to refine the appearance.
