What is a Cleanroom?

A cleanroom is a room where the concentration of airborne particles, temperature, humidity, and other factors are controlled to specific standards as necessary.
The cleanliness of a cleanroom is indicated by the size and number of particles per unit volume.
The class is divided into 1 to 9 depending on the number of particles larger than 0.1μm per cubic meter of air.
Our products are used in ISO Class 5 cleanrooms.
This corresponds to Class 100 in the US Federal Standard, which was abolished in 2001.
