○Before introducing our product
They were using a container with a belt-wrapped heater to melt solid wax. However, it
was difficult to apply heat uniformly, and problems such as discoloration and

○How we solved the problem
We proposed a container that can slowly liquefy wax while stirring in a jacket-type
container. We also adopted an anchor wing that forcibly moves the wax to prevent it

○ Situation before introducing our product
A solid wax was liquefied in a container with only a belt-wrapped heater attached to a
cylindrical container. However, the heat was not evenly applied, causing discoloration
and burning, resulting in unstable quality.
○ How we solved the problem
Based on a jacket-type container, we proposed a container that can be liquefied by slowly
stirring while performing a hot water bath. In addition, we adopted anchor wings to
