Stainless Steel Storage Tanks [ST / CTH / CTL]
Our stainless steel vessels come in three basic lid variations: ST, CTH, and CTL.
All share the same body design, but differ in how the lid is secured and where the gasket is placed, resulting in different ease of use and preservation capabilities.
Differences Among the Three Lid Shapes (ST / CTH / CTL)
All three series share the same stainless steel body, but the lid structure, gasket placement, and fastening method vary. Below is a quick comparison:

Note: While CTH and CTL offer better preservation than ST, they do not guarantee a fully airtight or pressurized seal.
ST Series
The most basic type, using a simple drop-on lid with no gasket.
Easiest to open and close but offers the lowest preservation performance. Ideal where quick access is a priority over sealing.

- 4L, 7L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 25L, 36L, 45L, 50L, 65L, 70L, 80L, 100L, 150L, 200L, 300L, 400L, 500L, 750L, 1000L
CTH Series
A catch clip lid that partially seals the container.
For capacities under 150L, the gasket is on the body side; for 150L or greater, the gasket is on the lid side.
Multiple clips (3–5) must be undone to open/close the tank, but it offers better preservation than ST.

CTL Series
A lever band lid with a single lever for quick tightening or release.
The gasket is always on the lid side. Similar to CTH in preservation capability, but easier to open and close compared to multiple clips.

Most of our stainless steel containers are based on these three basic lid types, but can also include various add-on features such as:

- Different gasket materials
