Membership Terms and Conditions

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) sets the terms of use for the services provided on
this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) by Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as
“our company”). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as “members”) are expected to use the Service in
accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Members)

1. A “Member” refers to an individual who, in accordance with the
procedures established by Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo, agrees to these Terms and submits an application for
membership.

“Member Information” refers to the information related to the attributes of a member that has been disclosed to
Nitto
Kinzoku Kogyo, as well as any history of the member’s transactions, and other related information.
3. These
Terms
apply to all members and are to be observed at the time of registration and thereafter.

Article 2 (Registration)

Membership
(1)This service is intended for users and customers who are considering using our products in the future. If you do
not
fall into these categories, please be aware that we may not accept your membership registration or we may cancel
your
registration.

Article 1 (Members)

1. A “Member” refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms
and
submits an application for membership, following the procedures established by Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo.
2.
“Member Information” refers to information about a member’s attributes that the member has disclosed to Nitto
Kinzoku
Kogyo, as well as information about the member’s transaction history, and so on.
3. These Terms apply to all
members and must be complied with at the time of registration and thereafter.

Article 2 (Registration)

Membership
(1)This service is intended for users or those considering using our products. If you do not fall into these
categories,
we may not accept your membership registration or we may cancel your membership registration. Please be aware of
this.

(2)Customers who agree to these Terms and apply for membership will have the status of a member after completing the
prescribed registration procedures. The member registration procedures should be performed by the person who will
become
the member. Registration by proxy is not allowed. Please note that we may refuse membership applications from those
who
have had their membership revoked in the past or those who we deem inappropriate.

2. Entering Member Information
When registering for membership, please read the input instructions carefully and enter the required information
accurately in the designated input form. Please note that when registering member information, using characters
other
than common kanji, special symbols, and Roman numerals may result in “garbled characters” and may not be
usable.

3. Password Management
(1)The password may only be used by the member, and may not be transferred or
lent
to a third party.
(2)The password should be managed responsibly by the member, such as by changing it regularly to prevent it from
being
known to others.
(3)Any indication of intent made to Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo using the password will be deemed an indication of intent by
the
member, and all payments arising therefrom will be the responsibility of the member.

Article 3
(Changes)

1. If there are any changes in the details reported to Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo, such as the member’s name or
address,
the member should promptly contact Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo.
2.
Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo is not responsible for any damages caused by failure to register changes. Even if changes are
registered, transactions that have already been processed before the change registration will be conducted based on
the
information before the change registration. Please be aware of this.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw, the member themselves should
carry out the withdrawal procedures. Withdrawal takes effect after the prescribed withdrawal procedures have been
completed.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)

1.
If a member has made false statements when applying for membership, or if Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo determines that there
are reasons to consider the member as inappropriate, Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo may revoke the member’s membership.
2.
If a member engages in any of the acts specified in the following items, they shall be liable to compensate for any
damages suffered by Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo as a result:
(1) Illegitimate use of the member number and
password
(2) Actions that interfere with our business, such as accessing our homepage to alter information or sending harmful
computer programs to our homepage
(3) Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the
products handled by our company
(4) Any other actions that violate these Terms of Use

Article 6 (Handling of Member
Information)

1.
Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member,
in principle. However, Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo may disclose member information and other customer information without
the prior consent of the member in the following cases:
(1) When disclosure is required by law
(2) When Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo determines it necessary to protect our
rights, interests, honor, etc.
2.
As for member information, Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo manages it in accordance with our “Personal Information Handling
Policy”. Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo may use the member information for the purposes of providing services to the member,
improving the content of services, promoting the use of services, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of the
services.
3.
Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo may provide information to members via methods such as email newsletters (including
advertisements). If a member does not wish to receive information, they can notify us to that effect following the
method specified by Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo, and we will stop providing information. However, provision of information
necessary for the operation of this service cannot be stopped at the request of a member.

Article 7 (Prohibitions)

In using this service, members are prohibited from performing
any of the following actions:

1.
Violating laws or regulations, these terms and conditions, precautions for using this service, or any other
regulations
2. Infringing upon the rights, benefits, reputation, etc., of our company and any other third
parties
3.
Engaging in actions that may adversely affect the physical and mental health of minors or other actions contrary to
public order and morals
4. Engaging in actions that cause nuisance or discomfort to other users or any other
third parties
5. Inputting false information
6. Sending or posting harmful computer programs, emails, etc.
7. Illegally accessing our company’s servers or
other computers
8.
Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties
9. Any other actions that our company deems
inappropriate

Article 8 (Interruption, Suspension of Service, etc.)

1. To keep the operation state of this service in good condition, our company may suspend all or part of this
service without notice in the following cases:
(1) When it is necessary for regular or emergency maintenance of the system
(2) When load is concentrated on
the system
(3) When the operation of the system becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by
third parties, etc.
(4) When our company determines that the system needs to be stopped unavoidably

Article 9
(Change, Termination of Service)

Our company may change or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice at its discretion.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

Our company shall not be liable for any damage caused to members due to system interruptions, delays, stoppages,
data loss caused by issues with communication lines or computers, damage caused by unauthorized access to data, or
any other damage related to our services.
2.
Our company does not guarantee that emails and content sent from our web pages, servers, domains, etc., do not
contain harmful items such as computer viruses.
3.
Our company shall not be liable for any damage caused by members violating these terms and conditions.

Article 11 (Revision of These Terms)

Our company may revise these terms at its discretion, and it may also establish regulations (hereinafter referred to
as “supplementary regulations”) to supplement these terms. The revision of these terms or the supplementary
regulations shall take effect when the revised terms or the supplementary regulations are posted on a site
designated by our company. In this case, members shall comply with the revised terms and supplementary
regulations.

Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding
these terms, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of our company’s head office shall be the
agreed exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
