At Nitto Kinzoku Kogyo, we custom manufacture stainless steel containers and stirrers, even from a single unit.
Here, we have picked up some of the cases where our customers have adopted our products and listed them by
application.
There are many products we couldn’t introduce here.
If you’re wondering, “I want to use it like this, but I don’t know what kind of parts I need,” or
“I want to know what kind of achievements are there in this industry,” etc.,
Please feel free to consult or inquire if you are considering stainless steel
containers or stirrers.
To Input/Output Powder
These are examples of custom-made products used for input and output of powder.
Want to Eliminate Powder Clogging

We vibrated the powder entered into the hopper with a vibrator to enable smooth discharge.
Want to Eliminate Raw Material Residue

We installed a knocker at the bottom of the hopper so that the residual can be eliminated by knocking.
Want to Make Input Operations Easier

We installed a work table so that heavy bags containing raw materials can be temporarily placed.
Inputting and Discharging Liquids
Here are some examples of our custom-made products used for the input and discharge of liquids.
I want to fully discharge the contents of a flat-bottomed container

To avoid the need to manually lift and tilt the container, we installed a bracket that allows the container
to tilt towards the valve side.
Discharging High Viscosity Liquids
Here are examples of our custom-made products that facilitate handling by making high viscosity liquids flow easily.
I want to discharge smoothly

We heat and liquefy contents that solidify at room temperature using a silicone rubber heater. The rubber
heater is lightweight and easy to handle compared to other types of heaters, making it efficient for work
processes.

To make it possible to smoothly discharge high-viscosity paint, we created a large slope at the bottom of the
container leading towards the discharge outlet.
Temperature Control and Management
Here are examples of our custom-made products that allow for temperature control, such as heat retention, cooling,
and temperature checks.
I want to retain heat and prevent burns

We wrapped insulation around the outer tank of the container to provide heat retention. The outer tank
doesn’t transfer heat (is not hot) even if your hand or body accidentally touches it, preventing burns.
I want to heat without burning

We made it possible to heat the contents in a double boiler style where the temperature rises slowly. To
prevent scorching, we stir the contents of the container uniformly while heating.
I want to manage temperature

We connected an external temperature sensor and a temperature control machine to manage the temperature of
the contents. To maintain a uniform temperature, we keep the contents fluid by using a stirrer.
I want to measure the inside temperature of the container without opening the lid

We installed an infrared window in the lid of the container, so you can measure the inside temperature of the
container with a radiation thermometer.
Dissolving
Here are examples of custom-made products that can dissolve contents by heating.
I want to shorten the dissolution time

With the use of an immersion heater that directly heats the contents, the time it takes to dissolve is
reduced compared to heating with a jacket.
I want to dissolve solids

Contents are dissolved in a double-jacket container. The efficiency of dissolution is improved by heating
while stirring.
Defoaming
Here are examples of custom-made products that can remove bubbles from foamed contents, such as those caused by
stirring, by making the container a vacuum.
I want to eliminate foaming caused by stirring

Bubbles are removed by making the container a vacuum after stirring.

Bubbles are removed by making the container a vacuum after stirring. It is possible to introduce and
pressure-feed without exposing to the outside air.
Pressurizing
These are examples of custom-made products that can transfer contents by pressurizing the container.
I want to pressurize and transfer liquid ingredients

We have made it possible to pressurize and transfer with a pressure-resistant container. Pressure-resistant
containers are heavy and unstable, so we have designed the legs with an emphasis on stability.
I want to pressurize and transfer reagents (small quantity)

We have designed a pressure-resistant container the size of a bottle. The bottom part is designed to be large
and heavy to prevent tipping over.
Temporary Storage
These are examples of custom-made products made for temporary storage of contents. We can handle various problems
such as airtightness, content management, and space saving.
I want airtightness and data management of contents

We used a bottle that tightens the lid with a clamp band to improve airtightness. QR codes are marked on the
side of the bottle, enabling data management.
I want to maximize capacity in a limited space

We have maximized capacity by increasing the height of the container according to the space.
I want corrosion and chemical resistance
When dealing with corrosive chemicals, there is a risk that the container will rust or break if it is made of
stainless steel.
To avoid such risks, you can change the material used for the container according to the contents, or enhance
the corrosion resistance by surface treatment of the stainless steel.
I want acid resistance

We made the parts of the agitator and the container that come into contact with the liquid from Inconel,
which has excellent acid resistance.
I want chemical resistance

We have applied a fluororesin coating to the parts of the container and the diaphragm valve that come
into contact with the liquid.
