This is the process of assembling the product and confirming the acceptance or rejection of the product.
We attach necessary parts to products that require assembly and conduct inspections as needed.
Especially for products that have been ordered many times before, we carefully check the finished product to ensure
it is the same as the previous one.
If you have specific requests for inspection contents or inspection documents, please consult us when requesting a
quote.
Product Inspection Method
We use calibrated inspection equipment to conduct inspections on stainless steel containers.
Visual Inspection
We visually check if there are any scratches, dirt, or processing defects on the stainless steel products.
We also verify this during various post-manufacturing inspections, cleaning, and packaging.
Standard Dimension Measurement

We use measurement tools such as calipers, height gauges, and pi tapes to measure the inner diameter, outer
diameter, and height of the product.
Caliper… A tool to accurately measure diameters and depths.
Height Gauge… A tool to accurately measure heights.
Pi Tape… A tool to measure the circumference (outer diameter). (Also known as Pi meter/Pi tape)
Color Check (Dye Penetrant Inspection)

We apply inspection fluid to the inspection area (mainly the welding area) to check for fine holes and
scratches.
We conduct this inspection on containers that cannot undergo pressure and airtightness inspections.
> Commitment to Quality [Dye Penetrant Inspection]
Pressure Test (Hydraulic Test)

We verify if the pressure vessel can withstand the specified pressure.
We conduct water pressure testing for pressure-based inspections and air testing for decompression-based
inspections.
> Commitment to Quality [Pressure Vessel Inspection]
Airtightness Test

This test is performed to confirm whether sufficient airtightness is maintained when a specific pressure is
applied to the pressure vessel.
We carry out the inspection using air (atmospheric air).
> Commitment to Quality [Pressure Vessel Inspection]
Leak Test (Helium Leak Test)

We use a leak detector to inspect leaks in seal and welding parts.
This can detect minute leaks.
> Commitment to Quality [Pressure Vessel Inspection]
Inspection Documents
We create an inspection report after the completion of each inspection.
The inspection contents include appearance and dimension inspection, but we also create inspection items and
documents as per the user’s specifications.
> Thorough support for inspection documents and certificates
