CTH-W-LV-AIB : Level Gauge and Faucet-Attached Sealed Container with Air Vent

We have added a faucet, level gauge, and air vent to a round stainless steel container, making it easy to dispense liquids and monitor the liquid level.
Key features:
The faucet allows for easy water dispensing, similar to a water jug.
The air vent on the lid allows for smooth liquid discharge without opening the lid.
The container is equipped with a gasket to prevent liquid leakage and dust intrusion during storage and transport.
A level gauge is installed on the side of the container for quick visual monitoring of the liquid level.
There is also an option available with legs for added stability.

Product Specifications
For liquids that require chemical resistance, we recommend using our ball valve type containers and valves.
Container and lid: SUS304 stainless steel
Air vent: Polyacetal
Gasket: Silicone rubber (compliant with food hygiene regulations) [PQA]
Lock nut: Brass
Side faucet: Size 13, made of brass with plating
O-ring: NBR
Union fitting: SUS316 stainless steel
Tube: PFA
Surface treatment: Internal and external buff polishing
Usage conditions: Atmospheric pressure (not suitable for pressure adjustment)
Please note that our container transport carts [KM series] may interfere with the containers, so they cannot be used. We can provide custom-made carts upon request.
The number of catch clips may vary depending on the container size.

For those who want to minimize liquid residue in the container, we recommend our tapered container with graduations.
You can customize it by replacing the graduations with a level gauge or adding an air vent to the lid.
