Features
We have developed a stainless steel container with a ball valve and an air vent, designed for easy dispensing of liquids such as chemicals. Here are the key features of the container:
- The air vent (valve) on the lid allows for the release of air without opening the lid, enabling smooth liquid discharge.
- The container is equipped with a sealing gasket, ensuring airtight storage and preventing liquid leakage and dust ingress during storage and transportation.
- The valve on the discharge outlet is made of stainless steel, and the sealing in the threaded part is made of PTFE, providing excellent chemical resistance.
- The nozzle has a threaded joint, allowing for easy connection to pipelines.
Additionally, we offer a version of the container with legs for added stability and convenience.

- Gasket: Silicone rubber (compliant with food hygiene regulations) [PQA]
- Nipple: SUS304 stainless steel
- Ball valve (discharge outlet): SCS14 stainless steel
- Ball valve (air vent): SCS13 stainless steel
- Both nipples: SUS304 stainless steel
- Screwed elbow: SUS304 stainless steel
- Surface treatment: Internal and external surface buff polishing
- Operating conditions: Atmospheric pressure (not suitable for pressure or vacuum applications)
