HBS/HBD/HB: Hose bracket
Features
A stainless steel bracket (metal fittings) that allows the tip of the hose to be fixed to the edge of the stainless steel container.
○ There is no need to have a hose when water is injected or when the liquid material is introduced.
○ You can perform other tasks while pouring water, improving work efficiency.
○ Prevents hoses caused by rampaging hoses and loss due to scattering.
○ You can select the type of bracket according to the application.
[HBS]: Single type. You can change the hose connection.
[HBD]: Double type. You can change the hose connection.
[HB]: Single integrated type. The hose connection part cannot be replaced.
○ As an option, we also have a joint that can be attached to the hose tip.
○ If you want to avoid metal contact with the container, please choose a series with pads.

- Hose Bracket Single [HBS]” is recommended for smooth hose setting.
- Hose Bracket Double [HBD]” is recommended when two hoses are used at the same time.
- Hose bracket integrated [HB]” is recommended when stability of the hose is important.

Recommended in such a case
- When you want to fix the hose firmly and use it
- When you want to keep the liquid from scattering outside the tank
- When you want to suppress the foaming of the liquid that occurs during water injection
The following joints will be prepared according to the hose caliber. Please contact us for more information.
Elvo with a screw -in joint specification. The liquid flow is turned down.
Elvo with a sanitary specification. The liquid flow is turned down.
A pipe of a sanitary specification. The liquid flow is located along the wall to prevent scattering.
A ball valve added to the option A. In addition to being turned down the liquid flow, it can be opened and closed at hand.
Specifications that combine ball valves and inflow tubes. The liquid flow can be lined along the wall, and it can be opened and closed at hand.
