KTT-ASCA/B/C : Single Tapered Container with Stand (With Workbench, Handle and Lid Mounting Function)

Features

Equipped with a work table, a handle, and a lid to separate the container from the frame, and with a single tapered container frame [KTT-ASC].
The bottom of the container is inclined, and it is a stainless steel tank that can smoothly discharge liquid.

Three types to choose from

○ASCA comes with a workbench, handle and lid rest.
○ASCB only has a workbench.
○ASCC comes with a handle and lid rest.
○The workbench is convenient for simple work and for storing documents and lightweight items.
○The workbench is foldable and does not waste space.
○Since it is a lid rest suitable for each container, there is no problem with the place to put the lid.
○The container and frame can be separated and fixed, and the handle makes it easy to move according to the process.
○Since the container can be removed from the stand and washed, it leads to shortening the washing time.

The unit of length is (mm). *(1) For ASCB and ASCC dimensions, please refer to the values obtained by adding and subtracting each mounting item from the above. *Each dimension is a common value for ST/CTH/CTL, except for 2 container weights. *3 The container weight is the same for CTH and CTL, only ST is different.

There are differences in the accessories of ASCA/ASCB/ASCC as follows. ASCA … (1) Workbench, (2) Handle, (3) Lid rest ASCB … (1) Workbench Only ASCC … (2) Handle, (3) Lid rest The optimum specifications can be selected according to the process. In addition, we can make a specification with only handles, so please contact us for details. Lid rests are intended to be placed between the handle and the lid, but they can also be hung on a towel or other light object.

Available to products made of SUS316L material!

The standard material for Nitto Kinzoku is SUS304. SUS316L is a material with higher corrosion resistance than SUS304. It contains an ingredient called “molybdenum”, which is not contained in SUS304. This molybdenum makes the passive film thicker and improves the corrosion resistance. SUS316L is a low-carbon type stainless steel with a low carbon content, and is resistant to corrosion (intergranular corrosion) in the welding area where parts are connected to each other. SUS316L is generally recognized as a high-grade model of stainless steel material. It is a material that is commonly used in production sites in the pharmaceutical industry.
