Reinforcing Plate

​Features

Optional processing for increasing the strength of stainless steel containers.

・It is attached by welding to the place where heavy parts are attached or where load is applied.
・By installing a reinforcing plate (pad plate), the strength is increased, and distortion is suppressed to prevent deformation and damage.
・The size, shape, and thickness of the reinforcing plate are determined according to the mounting position and customer's preference.
・If you want a sanitary finish, weld the entire circumference to prevent liquid and dirt from entering.
・The strength can also be increased by increasing the thickness of the container itself or by processing the ribs.
