Stainless steel container with holder for holding clear case
Contents can be identified and the process of use can be controlled.

The card case can be removed from the top of the holder.
Ideal for document management such as identification of contents, process control and manufacturing instructions.
There is a clearance for draining water at the bottom of the holder. The structure makes it difficult for cleaning fluid to accumulate.
The position and specifications of the holder can be changed, and it can be attached to a custom-made container.
There is also a type with a crane (hanging handle) that is convenient for moving.

A standard stainless tank with a cover that makes it easy to remove labels and seals.

Attach the container’s control label and identification seal of the contents, and remove without leaving any glue.

Electrolytic corrosion (electrolysis) marking, laser marking

Optional processing for identifying and validating stainless steel containers.

You can print letters, logos, bar codes, QR codes, etc.

Since it is processed directly on the surface of stainless steel, it does not disappear even when washed and does not become foreign matter.

[CTH-AF] Stainless Steel Sealed Container with Transparent Acrylic Lid

The lid is transparent and there is nothing to block, and you can see the inside of the container with the lid closed.

The standard material for Nitto Kinzoku is SUS304.
SUS316L is a material with higher corrosion resistance than SUS304.
It contains an ingredient called “molybdenum”, which is not contained in SUS304.
This molybdenum makes the passive film thicker and improves the corrosion resistance.

SUS316L is a low-carbon type stainless steel with a low carbon content, and is resistant to corrosion (intergranular corrosion) in the welding area where parts are connected to each other.
SUS316L is generally recognized as a high-grade model of stainless steel material.

It is a material that is commonly used in production sites in the pharmaceutical industry.
If you are concerned about rust and corrosion resistance, we recommend you to select SUS316L.
