Tapered Tanks Overview [TP Series]
A lightweight stainless steel tank that can be nested (stacked) for compact storage!
Compared to straight-wall tanks of the same size, these tapered tanks reduce the overall weight
and workload. We offer various lid types (covered, clip seal, band seal, etc.) to suit your application.
Differences from Straight Tanks
Unlike standard straight-walled stainless steel tanks, the TP Series are taper-shaped,
allowing them to be nested (stacked) for more compact storage. The bottom corners have a
smooth R-structure for easier cleaning, and you can choose from various lid or sealing methods.
How Much Lighter?
Tapered tanks are on average about 12% lighter than regular (straight) tanks, and
depending on the size they can be as much as 26% lighter. This helps reduce the workload significantly.
For a 25L Tank
Straight tank (ST-33) → 3.7kg
Tapered tank (TP-ST-33) → 3.3kg
Approximately 12% lighter
For a 200L Tank
Straight tank (ST-565H) → 21.8kg
Tapered tank (TP-ST-565H) → 17.3kg

Easy to hold like a bucket. No airtight seal needed.

Clips are attached to the tank body, enabling quick partial sealing.

Some models allow both nesting (when empty) and stacking (when lidded).
Currently available in clip sealing type only.
