Round Stainless Steel Container with One-Touch Lever Band for Easy Sealing
It can be easily sealed with one touch and is easy to handle.
Fix the lid with the lever band and packing and seal it tightly.
The one-touch lever band makes it easy to remove and clean the lid.
Sealed type prevents scattering of contents and contamination of dust from outside.
CTL- 24 ~ 47 H can stack empty containers (I closed the lid.).
The standard packing material is silicone rubber that conforms to the Food Sanitation Law.

Easily sealable lever band type
The [CTL] series is a stainless steel container that can be easily sealed with the attached lever band. The type of lever band or lid varies depending on the size.

For 24 ~ 47 H size, containers can be stacked (stacking)!
CTL sizes -24 to 47 H can be stacked empty with lid and band closed. Cannot stack CTL -565 size or larger.
Easy-to-clean corner R bottom
R (Radius/Round) is attached to the rising part of the bottom to prevent the contents from entering and to make it easy to remove dirt.
Can be used hygienically as it has excellent washability inside the container that directly touches the contents.
Packing attached differs depending on the size.
CTL sizes -24 to 47 H come with L type, and sizes over 565 come with B type as standard.
L-type packing is a packing to be set on the CTL lid.
CTL -24 ~ 47 H size standard accessory.
B type packing is a packing to be attached to a sealing lid.
CTL -565 ~ 100 H size standard accessory.
Mounting method of L-Type packing
Lid specifications vary depending on size.
CTL lids are included for sizes -24 to 47 H, and sealed lids are included for sizes 565 and above.

Available to products made of SUS316L material!
The standard material for Nitto Kinzoku is SUS304.
SUS316L is a material with higher corrosion resistance than SUS304.
It contains an ingredient called “molybdenum”, which is not contained in SUS304.
This molybdenum makes the passive film thicker and improves the corrosion resistance.
SUS316L is a low-carbon type stainless steel with a low carbon content, and is resistant to corrosion (intergranular corrosion) in the welding area where parts are connected to each other.
SUS316L is generally recognized as a high-grade model of stainless steel material.
It is a material that is commonly used in production sites in the pharmaceutical industry.
If you are concerned about rust and corrosion resistance, we recommend you to select SUS316L.

- ＡYes. There is SUS 316 L.
- ＱIs there any material other than silicon for the packing?
- ＡThere are FKM (Fluorine Rubber), EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber), NBR (nitrile rubber), and CR (chloroprene rubber).
- ＱCan I put pressure on this container?
- ＡYou can not pressure. Please use the pressurized vessel.
- ＱCan the packing be removed?
- ＡYou can remove it.
- ＱDo you have 4L or 7L size?
- ＡThe 4L and 7L sizes are not in the lineup, but the height of the 10 L (Inner Diameter ø 240 mm) container can be lowered to reduce the capacity by special order.
