Stainless steel container with tapered tube nozzle attached to lid.
3 taper pipe nozzles for common taper transition (Ts 29/42) are installed.
Stainless steel tank that can be used as a reaction vessel for normal pressure.
You can easily fix the lid with a clip.
The packing is made of silicone rubber that complies with the Food Sanitation Law.

What is a tapered tube?
It is a pipe or nozzle whose inside is tapered.
This product adopts the Ts 29/42 size of the “common taper alignment” standard, which is also used for openings of glass instruments.
Can attach rubber plugs, agitation seals, thermometers, agitators, etc.
Available to products made of SUS316L material!
The standard material for Nitto Kinzoku is SUS304.
SUS316L is a material with higher corrosion resistance than SUS304.
It contains an ingredient called “molybdenum”, which is not contained in SUS304.
This molybdenum makes the passive film thicker and improves the corrosion resistance.
SUS316L is a low-carbon type stainless steel with a low carbon content, and is resistant to corrosion (intergranular corrosion) in the welding area where parts are connected to each other.
SUS316L is generally recognized as a high-grade model of stainless steel material.
It is a material that is commonly used in production sites in the pharmaceutical industry.
If you are concerned about rust and corrosion resistance, we recommend you to select SUS316L.

- ＱWhat parts can be attached to the nozzle?
- ＡRubber stopper and stirrer, thermometer holder, such as PTFE stirring seal, vary depending on the application.
- ＱOr the material of the packing can be changed?
- ＡFKM (fluoro rubber) ? EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) ? NBR (nitrile rubber) ? CR (chloroprene rubber) there is. There is a PTFE packing [PPA] except in the rubber.
- ＱAre you under pressure?
- ＡPressure can not be. Please use the pressurized vessel.
- ＱThe number of clips do you change? Do you sell the clip only?
- ＡThe number of clips can be changed (special order). Sales of the clip only is not available.
