Sight Glass Overview [NM Series]

Stainless steel containers are not transparent, making it difficult to check the inside.
If you need to see the interior without opening the lid, our sight glasses are the perfect solution.
We offer NM and NMB series for different safety and cleaning needs.

Differences Between [NM] and [NMB]

MONOVATE’s sight glasses come in two main types: [NM] (Standard) and [NMB] (Integrated).
Both use a ferrule connection for tool-free attachment and removal (some products excluded), but differ as follows:

NM (Standard)	Glass is not fixed, making it easy to disassemble and clean. Risk of glass falling off if not handled carefully. Best for frequent cleaning or quick disassembly needs.
NMB (Integrated)	Glass, gasket, and body are fixed together for fall-prevention. Not quite as simple to disassemble as NM, but still manageable. Recommended where preventing glass fallout is a priority.

NM Series

Based on the NM type, we offer variations like wipers or protective covers. These are easy to disassemble and clean.

Sight Glass [NM]

A basic stainless steel sight glass for ferrule connection. Known for easy disassembly.

NMB Series

The NMB series improves upon NM by fixing the glass securely, reducing the risk of fallout. Variations include wipers, covers, lights, cameras, etc.

Sight Glass (Integrated) [NMB]

Prevents glass fallout by firmly attaching the glass to the body. Ideal for safety-conscious environments.
