RODM: Rotary Drum Mixer

Ideal for mixture of powdered body and seasoning of food
Rotary drum mixer [RODM] is a container rotating mixture. Our lever band type SUS container (36L, 65L) can be rotated as it is.
Since the sealed state can be mixed while maintaining it, there is no need to worry about foreign substances (contamination). It is also a feature that there is no stirring bladder, so it does not break the raw material.

Things that can be mixed with rodm

• Powdered body: The specific gravity is about the same, and the liquidity is good
• Food+seasoning: Meat seasoning, etc.
• Foods: Mixed salad, etc.
• Pellet+powder pigment: coloring process for resin, etc.

What is not suitable for mixed with RODM

• Things that are condensed and become lumpy: white sugar, etc.
• There is a extreme difference in the specific gravity: mixing bread powder and granulated sugar, etc.
• Things that are easy to adhere to the wall: However, there is a possibility that it can be improved by the inner coating of the container.

The rotation speed depends on the contents

The rotation speed can be changed by inverter control.

It is compatible with about 7.5 to 45RPM, and can be mixed at the optimal rotation speed according to the contents.

After the set time has passed, the origin will be stopped automatically.

Since the container is tilted to 30 degrees and rotates, it is possible to mix uniformly in a short time. This product is a two -step adjustment type of 0 degrees (when the container is removed) and 30 degrees (when mixed), but it can be a separate angle by custom -made.

* Please do not rotate the container without inclining. Not only reduces mixing efficiency, but also causes failure.
Strengths unique to the container detachable type

RODM is a device that mixes the contents by attaching a sealed container (lever band type) [CTL] and rotating it with the container.
This product has one CTL, but if you prepare multiple the same containers, you can continue without stopping work.
In the case of a stirring mixture that cannot be removed or a stirring feathers that cannot be removed, the container must be washed and dried each time when mixed with another material. In particular, if you mix a strong smell, it will take time and effort to clean.

However, if it is a container removal type, you can attach another container as soon as the mixture is over and mix. It is a unique feature of the container removal type that the work can be continued without interrupting the work for cleaning and drying the container. In addition, RODM does not use a dedicated container, but uses our general -purpose container, so you can purchase containers relatively inexpensive.
Comparison with V -type mixture

A “V -type mixture machine” is a mixture that is often used in food and pharmaceutical production. This is a machine that mixes by rotating a V -shaped container.
It is sometimes said that the V -type is easier to mix than the rotary type rotating type such as RODM, but in fact there is no big difference in the mixed performance between the V type and the dimensions. The most suitable amount of contents at the time of mixing is about 60 % of the in -container space. With more than that, the space required for mixing will be lost, and the mixing efficiency will be reduced.
