Maintaining Edible
Oil at a Constant Temperature by Circulating Hot Water in the Jacket with a Temperature
Control Unit
This container is designed for temporary storage of edible oil.
Hot water heated by the temperature control unit circulates through the jacket of the
container, heating and maintaining the edible oil at a constant temperature. We
connect a temperature sensor and the temperature control unit to monitor and control the temperature of the
contents.
In addition, an electric agitator is installed to ensure uniform temperature
distribution within the contents. The agitator, pump, and ultrasonic level sensor
are controlled collectively through a control
panel.

～Enhancing Production Efficiency with a Tank Suitable for Small-scale, Multi-Product
Production～
○Customer Challenge
The pharmaceutical manufacturer who approached us has been experiencing an increase
in small-scale contract manufacturing projects
in recent years. However, their existing production line is designed for large-scale
production, resulting in missed opportunities for these projects. As a solution,
they considered introducing a heater unit suitable
for small-scale production.
○How We Addressed the Challenge
To accommodate multi-product, small-scale production, we designed the tank with the
flexibility to change the agitator installation method based on the content.
Additionally, we installed fork pockets to facilitate the attachment and detachment
of the agitator, allowing for easy handling with a forklift. The tank’s interior is
coated with fluororesin for improved cleanability, and a cover with cleaning nozzles
is provided to enable smooth cleaning even when changing the content. Its
distinctive feature is the ability to use a single tank for multiple purposes.
